Who is Redtag?
Redtag is a spin off of Belair Travel. The owners of Redtag started Belair and when Belair was sold they started Redtag.
How is my payment protected in the event that something happens to Redtag?
Redtag is a member of TICO. Your payment is forwarded to the tour operator and they will have your money so if something happens to Redtag you are protected by TICO and Signature as they will have the funds and the space that Paul booked. Paul would also still try to keep our booking as he will move to another agency if this did occur.
What is TICO?
TICO stands for the Travel Industry Council of Ontario. TICO is a not-for-profit corporation that was delegated the responsibility to administer the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002 and industry-financed Compensation Fund.
