Trish and I met in first year university
(although neither of us can actually
remember how we met!). We've been
there for each other through the ups and downs of life and I am ecstatic that Trish
will be standing up for me in Cuba.

I met Pete in a stand-up comedy class,
ten years
ago. We have been friends ever since. I am glad that Pete
will make the
trip from Montreal to Cuba for the wedding.

My parents have been married for 35
years.
Their commitment to each other,
the family values that they express and

Even though my mother died in 1984, my mother and father continue to have an influence on my life. During their almost 20 years of marriage they showed me what love and dedication to each other meant.
