I have to start cooking more during the week. So on this Monday I made crispy chicken recipe from the Fine Cooking Magazine. This turned out really good. I burnt the breadcrums a bit but the taste was still excellent.
Keri made a surprise for me yesterday. We had some bananas that were starting to go bad so she made Banana Bread. It was incredibly good. We had a piece with my dad.
Yesterday, Keri made an amazing cake. It’s a chocolate cake with fudge, caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
This week I made Black Forest cookies. They were decadent. I burnt them slightly but the chocolate was so overpowering that the burnt was hardly in the taste.
I made a Bruschetta Chicken Bake for supper on Sunday. This was from the Kraft Foods magazine.
